設校計畫

[設校目標]

為配合中壢過嶺地區、楊梅高榮地區、新屋頭洲地區、觀音富源地區都市計劃之發展，以因應周邊經濟繁榮、交通發達及人口快速變化之影響，並解決鄰近都會區域學校以紓解增班之壓力。

[服務學區]

中壢區過嶺里、平鎮區雙連里、楊梅區雙榮里、新榮里為主，另含中壢區、平鎮區、楊梅區高榮里、新屋區頭洲里等部分地區。

[設校理念]

秉持「教育即生活、教育在於導引向善、變化氣質、試鍊學習發展潛能」之教育理念下，規劃豐富教育意義的學習園地，以充分發揮境教功能。此外，配合地方特性與需求，提昇學區內民眾生活品質，以達學校社區化之理想。

[學校發展]

採前瞻性觀點，著眼未來資訊發展、教學科技需要及教育革新之導向，建設科技與人文並重的新學園。
學校規劃為配合課程發展與教學活動，強調五育均衡並重：
「強化學科知識，提高學習能力」
「培養生活知能，創意解決問題」
「融入團體活動，增進人際關係」
「提昇藝文素養，陶冶生活品質」
「推展科技教育，發揮競爭潛能」

[設校地點]

中壢區過嶺里2鄰4之6號附近土地(桃園縣第24期中壢、楊梅、新屋、觀音四鄉市聯合市地重劃區文中一用地）。
校地坐落於中壢區過嶺段110、112－21、113-32、113-34、113-35、114-6等，共6筆，總面積共計25543平方公尺。土地重劃後新編號以地政局登記為主。

[設校規模]

參考學區周邊各村里之出生人口數消長情形，評估每一個年級學生數約計350~420人，設校規模全校班級數為30個班，最大設計36班。

The History of Guo Ling Junior High School

In order to enhance elementary education quality, Hong, Ching-Fang was designated the first principal by Tao Yuan County Government. Director of general affairs, Lin, Ting-Bing, and Lecture, Wu, Xiao-Chun was invited to plan and construct the campus in Aug, 2005.

The overall plan was designed by Architect, Lo, Chin-Chen and Sun and Mountain Architect & Associates.The first-stage construction started on July 19^th, 2008 and finished on June 1^st, 2009.The second-stage construction started on June 5^th, 2009 and finished on May 4^th, 2010。

Thanks to ex-mayor Zhu, Li-Lun, mayor Wu, Zhi-Young, superiors, the public wills, and neighbors, we’ve been accepting new students since Aug, 2009.

The goals of school curriculum are strengthening content knowledge and developing learning ability, developing living wisdom and solving problems by creation, joining group activities and enhancing personal relationships, heightening cultural knowledge and cultivating life quality, and promoting scientific education and developing students’ potential . We will grow with the trend of educational innovation and dedicate to developing the campus of “Science, Humanities, Green and Health”.
